The Brilliant Basics Pillar Network is bringing people together through regular monthly meetings to help shape a programme of work that supports the pillar’s aims and objectives, reflecting DiSC’s focus on working together to drive meaningful change.
Work is already underway, with the network providing a space to build on existing recommendations, explore new opportunities and share what’s working well. By bringing together subject matter expertise, the network helps surface challenges and pain points, supports constructive discussion, and plays an important role in ensuring the pillar continues to meet its success criteria.
Working closely with stakeholders, the network helps identify the right people to be involved, recognising that collaboration is key to making progress and delivering lasting improvement across the pillar.
