This session will provide a clear overview of the DiSC Cymru partnership, including:

• What the partnership is and how it supports a coordinated national approach to digital, data and technology in social care
• The four pillars of DiSC Cymru and how they translate into practical delivery across the sector
• What becoming a DiSC Cymru partner means in practice
• The benefits of joining, including access to tools, guidance, funding opportunities, and national programmes
• How the partnership helps organisations reduce duplication, share learning, and scale what works across Wales

A growing number of organisations have already signed up to the partnership, helping to build a stronger, more aligned national approach and a more unified voice for social care.
