The Health and Social Care Innovation Wales Data & Digital Innovation Special Interest Group (SIG) is inviting applications for innovative projects that use data and digital technologies to improve health and social care outcomes across Wales.
Applications are welcomed from NHS Wales organisations, social care providers, and NHS-led partnerships. Projects may apply for access to ring-fenced innovation funding or seek specialist advice, expertise and support to help progress existing initiatives. The application deadline is Sunday 11 October 2026.
This opportunity aligns closely with the ambitions of the DiSC Cymru Bright Ideas pillar, which focuses on encouraging innovation, supporting new approaches, and creating opportunities for organisations to explore and test transformative ideas that can improve public services. By enabling organisations to develop and scale innovative data and digital solutions, the SIG supports the kind of collaborative, forward-thinking projects that Bright Ideas seeks to champion across Wales.
